Welcome to the American English Conversation Topics and Dialogues Course,
This course is designed for American English Learners to become more familiar with some of the most common discussion topics in everyday American conversations. By reading and discussing a variety of popular topics, students prepare to become more fluent speakers in American English.
This course includes 3 Modules, each based on a separate book from your teacher, MaestroSersea.
Module 1: "Survival English in the USA"
This Module includes 18 Units and is made up of topic introductions, dialogues, as well as vocabulary and comprehension exercises with answer keys.
Module 2: "American English Dialogues for American English Learners: What Are the Best Ways to Learn English?"
This Module includes 11 Units with tips and strategies for becoming a more successful American English Learner. Each unit includes topic introductions as well as various short dialogues to be practiced out-loud.
Module 3: "33 American English Topics: Everyday Dialogues for American English Learners 1"
This Module includes 14 Units with a variety of useful topics and related dialogues. Each unit includes topic introductions as well as helpful short dialogues to be practiced out-loud.
Directions for Students:
- Please read each topic introduction, read each dialogue out-loud, and, for Module 1 and complete all the additional activities to the best of your ability, write down the test answers on your own notebook, and check the Answer Keys to identify the results.
- You are highly encouraged to do additional online research for each of these discussion topics.
- Once you finish each unit, please make sure you: 1. Click on the button: "Mark as Completed" and 2. Click on the button: "Next Unit" to get credit for your work and move on to the following unit.
